These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between GT25 ("Platform", "we", "us") and you ("Member", "User"). These Terms apply to the https://gt25.app website and all associated services.

Age Restriction

You must be at least 18 years old to register on GT25. By creating an account, you confirm that you are of legal age. GT25 reserves the right to verify your age at any time. Failure to provide proof of age may result in account suspension and forfeiture of your balance.

One Account Policy

Only one GT25 account is permitted per person, household, device, or IP address. If multiple accounts are detected, all accounts will be closed and all bonuses and winnings will be forfeited.

Accuracy of Registration Information

All information provided at registration must be accurate and up to date. GT25 reserves the right to close any account created with false information and withhold the associated funds.

Keeping your GT25 account secure is your own responsibility. Your login credentials should never be shared with anyone.

• Keep your password strong and change it regularly.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) — it adds a strong layer of security to your account.
• If you notice any unauthorized activity on your account, contact GT25 Support immediately.
• Always log out after accessing your account from a public device or network.
• GT25 will never ask for your password via email or SMS.

The account holder is responsible for all transactions made on the account, whether authorized or unauthorized.

A variety of payment methods are available for depositing on GT25. All payment methods must be registered in your name and valid.

You must provide the correct transaction ID and screenshot when making a deposit. Incorrect information may cause your deposit to be delayed or cancelled. GT25 does not charge any additional fees on deposits.

Certain conditions must be met before withdrawing funds from GT25. KYC verification must be completed prior to any withdrawal.

Withdrawal Terms

• KYC verification is mandatory before making a withdrawal.
• The required wagering must be completed before any bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals can only be processed via the same payment method used for the deposit.

Withdrawal Timeframe

Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a Welcome Bonus on their first deposit. A wagering requirement applies — typically 30x the combined total of the deposit and bonus amount. The wagering must be completed within 30 days of receiving the bonus.

General Bonus Terms

• Members may not hold multiple active bonus offers simultaneously, unless explicitly permitted.
• Bonus funds may not be used to place bets exceeding the minimum bet limit on any game.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly – only winnings generated after wagering requirements are fully met are eligible for withdrawal.
• GT25 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, GT25 may cancel the bonus and launch an investigation into the account.

All games on GT25 are operated in accordance with international standards. Every game outcome is independent, audited, and fully unbiased.

• Game outcomes cannot be manipulated in any way, and GT25 itself has no ability to alter the results of any game.
• Using any software, bots, or automated systems to play games is strictly prohibited.
• If a technical error occurs during gameplay, the affected round may be voided and the bet returned.
• Match-fixing or placing bets using insider information in Sports Betting is strictly prohibited.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on GT25. Any such conduct may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

GT25 may suspend or close any account without prior notice for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of terms or fraudulent activity.
• Providing false or incomplete registration information.
• Refusing or failing to complete KYC verification.

• Initiating chargebacks or payment disputes.

Members may also request to close their account at any time. In such cases, any valid balance will be refunded, though bonus funds will be forfeited.

In the event of a dispute between GT25 and a member, resolution will be attempted through the following steps:

1. Step One: Contact the GT25 support team directly. Most issues are resolved at this stage.
2. Step Two: If your issue remains unresolved, submit a formal complaint in writing via email. GT25 will respond within 7 business days.
3. Step Three: Disputes may be resolved through an independent mediator agreed upon by both parties.

Funds related to an ongoing dispute may be temporarily placed on hold. GT25's decision shall be considered final.

GT25 reserves the right to modify, update, or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified in advance of any significant changes via email or SMS.
